On behalf of the organizing committee of the 27^th Annual Pediatric Hematology Oncology Conference (PHOCON 2024), It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to the picturesque and enchanting city, Jammu where the conference will be held from November 22 - 24, 2024.

The Pediatric Haematology-Oncology (PHO) Chapter of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics is dedicated to  encouraging  and advancing  the knowledge and practice of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology in India. The growth of this chapter has been unmatched over the years. This has resulted in improved care of children with various haematological and oncological disorders in India.

We look forward to the complete fraternity including Pediatric Hematologists & Oncologists, Pediatricians, Pediatric Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, Basic Scientists, fellows, students and nurses to be a part of this edition of PHOCON.

Highlights of the conference will include pre-conference workshops (on 22-Nov’24), session for practicing Pediatricians, plenary lectures, debates, award paper sessions, quiz for fellows, dedicated sessions for nurses besides talks and panel discussions. This conference will be a stage where scientific information will be presented and newer advances in the field of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and BMT will be showcased. Additionally, it would open avenues for collaboration.

This conference is special as it comes to this region for the first time, a much-awaited occasion. We warmly invite you to the City of Temples, Jammu and encourage active participation in the form of abstract submissions, participation in debates and attending the sessions.
