Note:
★ Age Proof will be required to be uploaded on the online registration portal.
- The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
- You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
- Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.50% for all online transactions.
- Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
Inclusions:
- Conference kit bag with all scientific material.
- Access to scientific sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend scientific sessions.
- Conference luncheons, welcome reception and gala dinner.
- Separate registration is required for respective workshops.
Cancellation Policy:
- Kindly send the cancellation requests to admin@phocon2024jammu.com, on or before August 31, 2024.
- Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
- No refunds will be entertained post August 31, 2024; except in case of any travel restrictions emposed by the government.
- Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days within the completion of the congress, if not earlier.
